This is something I really wish I would have done my first year teaching!<br><br>I enjoyed reading your comment about discipling students--I remember feeling the same frustration in my second semester of teaching. I thought I had students just where I wanted them, and then POOF! They take you by surprise and you've wondered what they have learned from you (if they have learned nothing at all!). But don't take it as a personal blow. Students will always test their boundaries, no matter how old they are, to understand what you deem as appropriate behavior. It is an ongoing battle!<br><br>Your experiences have been amazing and unique.
